Antonina Says…
“My passion for people and development and a can do approach has led to the creation of successful innovative programmes for a number of organisations. One ground breaking example was initiating and developing the Oxfam Cymru and Department of Work & Pensions Livelihoods Training Project.
I oversaw all aspects and was the main deliverer of this project, which was provided to 40% of DWP workforce at all levels across Wales.
An independent evaluation was subsequently undertaken by Salford University (Sustainable Housing and Urban Studies Unit).
Their assessment concluded that the Project was a remarkably innovative approach to influencing social policy in relation to poverty and welfare and work within the UK.
Now on Oxfam’s Policy and Practice Website, The Full Evaluation can be found here“
